Casa Francesca is a characteristic ancient house with a view of the sea and of the Bay of Naples. It sleeps five people. From Casa Francesca you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the coastline. Casa Francesca is 70 square meters (750 square feet). It features a wide private terrace with a view of the sea, air conditioning and winter heating.

You will be in a pedestrian precinct, roughly 1.5 km (one mile) from Capri, roughly 700 meters (770 yards) from a restaurant and the shops. You will find the bus stop at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile) and the closest beach at 2 km (roughly 1.25 miles).

Casa Francesca is located on the first floor of the building. You will reach it from the street level going up a stairway which consists of approximately 25 steps.

You will not need a car to stay at Casa Francesca (and nonresident's cars are generally not allowed).

The terrace is 25 square meters (270 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a sun umbrella, deck chairs and an external shower. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and of the coastline.

The living room is paved with characteristic terracotta tiles. The ceiling is high and vaulted. The furnishings are elegant and refined. They include a sofa and two armchairs. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a television. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea through two double-glazed French doors. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

In the living room you will find an open mezzanine level, without door. The furnishings of the mezzanine include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. The mezzanine has an air conditioning/heating unit.

You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a double-glazed French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, spacious and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a bathtub with shower wand.

The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
